Maintenance Services: Ecoroofs Everywhere offers full maintenance plans, from intensively manicured roof gardens requiring regular visits, to systems requiring only basic twice yearly upkeep. We offer maintenance agreements for everything we install.
Greenroof Remediation / Restoration Services: We also provide remediation and restoration services for ecoroofs that have not been maintained or have been maintained improperly. An initial assessment will be made to determine the right mitigation strategy and a new maintenance regiment is established to ensure the long-term viability of all ecoroof systems.
Grant Application Facilitation: Ecoroofs Everywhere can assist clients with any local, regional, state, national incentives and grant programs.
LEED Credits: Ecoroofs Everywhere can help you meet LEED credits for stormwater. We can help facilitate your entire ecoroof related LEED process.
CIty of Portland Stormwater Requirements: Ecoroofs Everywhere can help you meet City of Portland stormwater requirements. On new construction ecoroofs provide a cost effective solution for meeting stormwater requirements without encroaching into buildable land, thereby maximizing the building’s footprint.

The Hawthorne Condominiums ecoroof stemmed from neighborhood requests for incorporating green elements in the development, as well as the owner’s desire to provide a visual “front yard” to the residents and to reduce summer heat and glare. This is one of our first projects, back when we were a non-profit.
