20 new ecoroofs!
We’ve been busy. Today we’re installing membrane above a previous installation from a few weeks ago. Here’s a photo of it this morning. It’s atop the Thom Ross building next to the old Noble Rot location at SE 28th and Ankeny. We worked closely with the seismic engineer to determine the different loads possible on different areas of the roof. The planter boxes are above columns, and the row mounts are above beams. I love the light in these early mornings before the rain clouds roll in.
We’ve installed over 20 ecoroofs since the the spring this year.
